For own use and for rental

The Beekhoeve is for sale from € 261,743 excluding VAT and including your own plot, private parking space, landscaping, buyer's costs and connection fees. Of course it is up to you whether you buy the house for your own use or whether you rent it out partly/completely. When purchasing for rental purposes, you can reclaim the VAT (partially or fully) from the tax authorities.
