Résidence Lichtenvoorde, a luxurious vacation park in the Achterhoek, is expanding its range of vacation homes with 20 sustainably built recreation villas. Ten of these villas have their own outdoor swimming pool! This is the park's response to the increasing demand for group homes and private facilities at the home.
The recreation villas are located on very large lots, some of which are right on the water. Each villa has its own parking spaces, a large landscaped garden and plenty of privacy. The two floors of the villa are very spacious, including three bathrooms, five, six or seven bedrooms, a very extensive kitchen and a large living room. There are three variants available, villas for 10 people, villas for 12 people and villas for 14 people.
The leisure villas are very popular, at the moment (December 2021) only the 10 person villas are still for sale. These are available with swimming pool.
