CROMVOIRT - Résidence de Leuvert, located in North Brabant, is the first TopParken vacation park where new vacation homes will be built without natural gas. Since July 1, 2018, new homes must be built without natural gas in order to reduce CO2 emissions. Global warming is rising rapidly and this has major consequences for the climate.

Ready for the future: 16 new vacation homes without natural gas
At Résidence de Leuvert, 16 new vacation homes are being built without natural gas, located on very spacious lots directly on the beautiful water feature. The vacation homes will be electrically heated by means of a heat pump, which they also call 'all-electric homes'.
There are three types of sustainable vacation homes for sale, the Module Special, the Module Special Electric (sold out) & the Module Special Deluxe (sold out).
