Have you been exploring whether your own vacation home is something for you or are you looking for a profitable investment? Then our latest project "Resort Lexmond" might be something for you. On the brand-new vacation park on the Lek River, the sale of new vacation homes started this month.

On Friday 12 and Sunday 14 April we are organizing the very first information days at Resort Lexmond. This is also the first opportunity to view the vacation park and the vacation homes. During the information days, we will be happy to tell you all about the interesting possibilities surrounding the purchase of a vacation home. During these days you can also get acquainted with our organization, the vacation park and our vacation homes. We believe that the real search for your own vacation home only begins at the vacation park. At the vacation park you can taste the vacation atmosphere, see the surroundings and of course get to know the vacation homes and their location.

During our information days, all show models are open and you can view them inside and out. Will you be visiting Resort Lexmond as well?

About Resort Lexmond

Resort Lexmond is located in a unique spot on the river Lek. It is a completely newly developed vacation park, where contemporary wishes and connection with the natural location were taken into account during development. The appearance and private beach provide the real vacation feeling at Resort Lexmond. The watery environment invites discovery and provides a wide range of walking, water sports and boating activities. Need a fun day out? Visit the bustling city of Utrecht, located just 20 minutes away.

There are various types of vacation homes for sale at the park. The vacation park is open from April to October. During these 7 months you can use your second home or (partially) rent it out.
